A committed advocate for women empowerment, Raghupati ben is dedicated to understand and address the issues women face every day. As a Justice Committee member, she believes in “women supporting women” and works to help them become more confident and self-reliant. Raghupati ben encourages women to speak up in local meetings and government spaces, believing that real change comes when women’s voices are heard and respected. Her goal is to build a community where women can rely on each other and shape their own futures.

An Executive Member and Justice Committee Member at Vanita Mahila Sangathan. She is deeply committed to empowering women, encouraging them to step out of their homes and join the organization to learn about their rights and safety. Her journey with the Sangathan started with a strong desire to help women become independent and informed about their rights. Mangu ben’s optimism shines through as she speaks about the positive changes happening around her, including the reduction of violence due to alcohol prohibition, decreasing discrimination between boys and girls and more women benefiting from government schemes. 

A dedicated Justice Committee Member at Vanita Mahila Sangathan. She believes that the problems women face in villages cannot be solved alone, but through collective efforts within an organized association. With a strong faith in unity, Manjula ben advocates for the power of community support to help women overcome challenges.  Her dream is for all the villages under the organization to be affiliated and have their own offices. Through her work, Manjula ben has witnessed positive change more women stepping out of their homes, entering the public sphere, and becoming aware of government schemes. 

Suryaben Nagarsinh is from Kotambi village of Dahod. She is a member of the Justice Committee of Vanita Mahila Sangathan. Suryaben is committed to supporting women in raising their concerns and ensuring they receive fair and respectful resolutions. She believes that when women understand their rights and feel heard, the entire community moves toward greater justice and harmony.

Rathod Vardanbhai Dineshbhai is from Dhanpur village of Dahod. He is a member of the Justice Committee of Vanita Mahila Sangathan. Vardanbhai actively supports the Sangathan’s efforts to resolve issues faced by community members with fairness and dialogue. He believes that strengthening justice processes at the local level helps build trust, harmony, and dignity for everyone in the village.

Maida Champaben Manilal is from Pipero village of Dhanpur. She is a member of the Economic Committee of Vanita Mahila Sangathan. Champaben is dedicated to helping women strengthen their financial understanding, build savings habits, and access opportunities that improve their household security. She believes that when women are economically confident, they can lead their families and communities toward greater stability and progress.
